I really wanted to love this product.
Unfortunately, there are too many qualities that I do not like about it.
It is:
Too heavy
Too loud
Too bulky
Too much vibration
Oddly placed fans/circulating air by my cheeks
I wish I could make the fans blow behind my ears instead of under my chin and near my cheeks.
I have been testing this product out today on a very hot day with physical activity. It has not cooled me down. My neck actually got sweaty from the horseshoe shape of where it wrapped.
Bummer.
It feels like another viral item that will fill future landfills with more unnecessary plastic.
